Established in 1992, Teda-MM began as a manufacturer of disposable plastic packaging, with a strong focus on the food industry. From day one, our mission has been to deliver high-quality, reliable packaging solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
Over the years, we have significantly expanded both our production capacity and product portfolio. Today, we proudly offer more than 1,200 products, serving a wide range of industries with innovative and sustainable packaging options.
Our operations span over 20,000 square meters of manufacturing and warehouse space, supported by a dedicated team of more than 350 professionals. Every day, our employees work with care and precision to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
In 2021, the company entered a strategic alliance with CEECAT and merged with LDS Plast Ltd., forming Teda Pack EAD. Together with several other companies in Bulgaria and Romania, Teda Pack is now part of the Goodpack SARL group.
At Teda Pack, we invest in the future. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art extrusion lines, thermoforming machines, and post-processing equipment, enabling us to maintain high productivity and consistent quality across all our products.
Technologies
Technological processes in the company can be classified into four main areas:
Sheet Extrusion
We produce our own plastic sheets using sheet extrusion technology, which ensures optimal control over material quality and thickness – PET, PP mono materials
Thermoforming
Our thermoforming process shapes the plastic sheets into high-performance packaging solutions, with a focus on rigidity, design flexibility, and efficiency.
Production of moulds
The inhouse thermoforming molds production involves the design and manufacturing of precision molds used to shape plastic or composite materials into specific forms through heat and pressure, ensuring accurate and efficient production of items like packaging, trays and lids.
Absorbing Pads placing
Absorbing pads are placed inside MAP packaging to capture excess moisture of raw meat and fish, ensuring product freshness and safety during transport or storage.
